Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because many of our items are handmade and crafted from natural materials, we ask that you review our return policy below.

Jewelry Returns

  • Jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

  • Because of the nature of sterling silver and natural stones, normal variations in color, matrix, or texture are not considered defects

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a jewelry return, please contact us at support@creeksidecowboy.com within 10 days of delivery for approval and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Clothing & Other Goods

  • Clothing and non-jewelry items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


Natural Materials Disclaimer

Our jewelry is made with sterling or fine silver and genuine stones, which naturally vary in color, matrix, and texture. These variations are part of the character of the piece and should be expected.


Sizing & Product Details

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, fit, or materials, reach out before ordering — we’re happy to help.


Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping timelines vary once packages are in the carrier’s hands.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
